Chunky Salsa Chili

Ingredients

1 tablespoon oil
3/4 pound boneless pork, cubed
1/2 cup frozen chopped onion
2 (16-ounce) jars chunky salsa
2 (15-ounce) cans extra spicy chili beans
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Heat oil in dutch oven over medium-high heat. Sauté pork and onion 5–10 minutes till pork is no longer pink, stirring frequently. Stir in salsa and beans. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ladle into bowls; top with shredded lettuce, sour cream, green chiles, and cheese.
