Sassy Chicken Salsa Soup

Ingredients

1 (14 1/2-ounce) can chicken broth
2 cups bite-size pieces skinned rotisserie chicken
1 1/2 cups water
1 - 2 teaspoons chili powder
1 (11-ounce) can Mexicorn
1 cup chunky salsa
1 cup broken tortilla chips
1/2 cup pepper-Jack cheese

Directions:

Heat chicken broth, chicken, water, and chili powder in a 3-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat; simmer 8 minutes. Add corn; simmer another 5 minutes. Stir in salsa; heat through. Ladle soup into bowls. Top with chips and sprinkle with cheese.
