Porky Pig Black Bean Stew

Ingredients

1 pound boneless ham, cubed
3/4 pound link pork sausage, cubed
3/4 pound link Italian sausage, cubed
2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, rinsed, drained
2 cups water
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
6 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in large dutch oven. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover and place in oven. Bake 30 minutes; uncover and bake 30 minutes longer, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with cornbread. Refrigerate leftovers.
