Cantastic Taco Bean Stew

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef
1 (15-ounce) can black beans
1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans
1 (15-ounce) can chili beans
1 (15 1/2-ounce) can black-eyed peas
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
1 (11-ounce) can Mexicorn
1 (1 1/4-ounce) package taco seasoning mix
sour cream, salsa, and broken tortilla chips

Directions:

Cook beef in a 4-quart dutch oven over medium-high heat until brown; drain off fat. Stir in undrained beans, peas, tomatoes, and corn; add taco seasoning. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 1/2 hour or more, stirring occasionally. Top each serving with sour cream, salsa, and tortilla chips.
