The Kids:
* Set out sauces for egg rolls

Together Time
FINISH WITH A FRUIT FONDUE. Make or buy sweet drizzling or dipping sauces and let everyone decorate their own fresh or canned fruits, like kiwis, tangerines or mandarin slices, mangos, pineapple, Asian pears and litchis.

HAVE FUN READING YOUR FORTUNES. You can buy fortune cookies in an Asian market and some supermarkets. Or buy thin, rolled cookies, write fortunes on small slips of paper and insert them inside.

TURN THE KIDS INTO CHOPSTICK PROS with this easy invention! Wrap a rubber band around two chopsticks, near the tops. Fold a business card into a small square, and place it between the chopsticks with the fold just below the rubber band. The rubber band and card work like a spring to make using the chopsticks easy!
