Prepare rice as directed on package. Spread evenly over bottom of large (9x13x2-inch) ovenproof baking dish. Place pieces of chicken breast over top of rice. Blend remaining ingredients, except almonds, and pour over chicken and rice. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator and top with almonds; cover with foil and bake at 350° for 11/2 hours. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
