Crunchy Turkey Casserole

Ingredients

3 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 cup cooked rice
1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnut, drained
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup crushed cornflakes

Directions:

Combine turkey, rice, water chestnuts, onion, celery, almonds, soup, and mayonnaise, mixing thoroughly. Spread mixture in slightly greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes, sprinkle cornflakes on top of mixture, and bake an additional 15 minutes.
