Preheat oven to 350°. Melt chocolate and butter over very low heat. Cool. Beat eggs and sugar together and add to chocolate mixture. Add flour and nuts. Mix well. Spread into a 9x13-inch pan and bake 20 minutes, no more. Cool.
Mix ingredients; spread over cool cake.
Melt chocolate; add butter, stir well. Drizzle over cake. Refrigerate.
