Hot Or Cold Cabbage

Ingredients

1/4 cup chicken broth
6 cups cabbage, finely shredded
1 cup carrot, coarsely grated
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt (optional)

Directions:

1. Heat broth in skillet with cover. Add vegetables and stir. Cover. Turn heat to medium-low and steam 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring several times. Turn heat off.

2. Add remaining ingredients and heat through with reserved heat.
