Garden Salad

Ingredients

1/2 head Boston lettuce
olive oil cooking spray
1/2 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 medium tomato, cut into wedges

Directions:

1. Wash lettuce pat dry and cut or tear into bite-size pieces.

2. Spray a medium-size bowl with olive oil cooking spray, about 2 seconds. Rub bowl with 1/2 clove of garlic.

3. Put lettuce into a bowl. Spray lettuce directly with olive oil cooking spray for about 4 seconds.

4. Add basil, salt and pepper. Toss lettuce to combine.

5. Add vinegar. Toss well. Add tomato.
