Turkey Tonnato

Ingredients

2 cups mayonnaise
1 (6 1/2-ounce) can tuna chunk light in water, drained and flaked
1/4 cup parsley chopped
4 anchovy fillets chopped
1 garlic large, minced
1 pound turkey breast tenderloin sliced 1/4 -inch thick
Capers, drained

Directions:

In a food processor bowl fitted with the metal blade, * place mayonnaise, tuna, parsley, anchovies and garlic cover. Process until smooth.

Arrange turkey on a serving platter coat with sauce. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 hours or until thoroughly chilled.

To serve, garnish with capers.

* If a blender is used, make a half recipe of sauce at a time.
