Tuna Medley

Serves: 4

1 (6 1/2-ounce) can tuna drained and flaked
1 cup celery diced
1 cup carrot shredded
1/4 cup green onion sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise real
1 (4-ounce) can french fry, frozen potato


In a small bowl combine tuna, celery, carrots and green onions.

Blend in mayonnaise to moisten. Cover and chill.

Just before serving blend in shoestring potatoes.
