Frozen Fruit Salad

Ingredients

1/2 cup sour cream dairy, plain yogurt or real mayonnaise
1 quart vanilla ice cream softened
1 (16-ounce) can mandarin orange segment well drained and halved
1 (13-ounce) can crushed pineapple well drained
1 (10-ounce) package raspberry partially thawed
1 (10-ounce) package frozen strawberries partially thawed
1 cup frozen blueberry
lettuce leaves

Directions:

In a large bowl fold sou r cream, yogurt or mayonnaise into ice cream

Gently stir in fruits until color is uniform. Spoon into two empty 1-quart milk cartons cover and place in freezer.

Just before serving, peel off carton, slice and serve the salad on lettuce.
