Quick Cocoa Frosting

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup milk
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup raisins (optional)


In medium saucepan combine butter (or margarine), cocoa powder, and milk. Bring to boil simmer 3 minutes remove from heat. Stir in confectioners' sugar and vanilla beat until smooth. If desired, stir raisins into frosting before spreading over cake.
