1 3-ounce package cream cheese softened
2 tablespoons butter softened
3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cream (if desired)
In large bowl, cream together cream cheese and butter (or margarine) until smooth. Beat until spreading consistency, adding cream or evaporated milk as needed. Frosts 9-inch layer cake or 10-inch Bundt cake.
