Minted Oranges

Serves: 6

8 oranges navel, peeled and white membrane removed
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons white creme de menthe
Fresh mint (optional)


Cut peeled oranges into sections. Sprinkle with sugar and creme de menthe. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Serve in large bowl garnished with sprigs of fresh mint or spoon fruit and juice into sherbet glasses, garnished with fresh mint.
