Mint Sauce

1 (10-ounce) jar red currant jelly
1 cup chili sauce + 2 tablespoons
1/4 cup bottled mint sauce


In a small saucepan combine jelly and chili sauce cook and stir over low heat until well blended. Add mint sauce cook and stir until heated through.

Serve warm with Roast Leg of Lamb pork or ham.
