1 8-ounce package cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese shredded
3/4 cup pecans ground
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Chili powder
Blend cheeses in bowl. Add pecans and garlic salt; mix until well combined. Roll into 2 small logs. Roll in chili powder, completely covering. Serve at room temperature with tortilla chips. Logs can be frozen and defrosted before use.
