Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

1 (1-pound) package frozen hash brown potato (about 4 cups)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 (10 1/2-ounce) can cream of onion soup
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1 tablespoon parsley dried
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups potato chips crushed

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°.

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute potatoes in melted butter or margarine for 10 minutes or until just starting to brown.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir soup, sour cream, onion, parsley, seasoned salt and pepper until blended. Stir into potatoes. Spoon into a 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with chips.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are done and chips are golden brown.
