Create some new sandwich "specials" with sliced tomatoes or cucumbers, a few sprouts, or a different mustard. Garnish with a pickle, a pimiento-stuffed olive or a piece of fruit! You can also serve a sandwich open faced or topped with cheese and broiled. For fun, use two different colors of bread. Just be sure the flavors are compatible. Children will like sandwiches cut with a large cookie cutter as a surpriseĊ  or cut into quarters or on a diagonal and arranged like a butterfly.
