Chicken Salad

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
5 cups chicken cubed cooked
1 cup celery chopped
1/2 cup pecans toasted chopped

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir in chicken and celery. Cover and chill or serve immediately, stirring in nuts just before serving.
