In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and dates.
Line individual salad plates with lettuce. Arrange pears and grapes on lettuce. Mound half of the cheese mixture in center of fruit on each plate. Sprinkle with nuts. Garnish with berries if desired.
Serve with whole wheat bread or sesame crackers.
