2 cups chicken breasts diced, cooked
2 apples cored and diced
1 cup fresh pineapples diced
1/4 cup golden raisins
2 tablespoons chutney chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dressing:
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons chicken broth (your own or canned)
1 cup mayonnaise real
For filling, combine chicken, apples, pineapple, raisins, chutney, and salt; refrigerate. For dressing, simmer curry in broth for 2 minutes, stirring until smooth. Cool. Add to mayonnaise; blend. Stir dressing into filling mixture 1 hour before serving.
