Artichoke And Egg Pastries

1 (10-ounce) package frozen pie crust
1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts heated and drained
6 eggs poached
3/4 cup Hollandaise sauce
1 cup shrimp chopped cooked or crabmeat (optional)


Bake pastry shells according to package directions cool. In each shell place a hot artichoke heart, cut in half with flat or cut side up. Top with a poached egg and cover with 2 tablespoons Hollandaise sauce. Sprinkle chopped shrimp or crabmeat over top, if desired.
