Seafood Mousse

Ingredients

1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin, softened in 1/4 cup cold water
1 cup hot sour cream (do not boil)
1 pound or 2 cups seafood mixture (crab and shrimp)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 Salt and pepper to taste
1 Few drops Tabasco and lemon juice

Directions:

Add softened gelatin to hot sour cream; cool. Add seafood, mayonnaise, onions, and celery. When mixture begins to congeal, fold in whipped cream. Correct seasonings and pour into a wet mold. Chill.
