Coffee Rum Punch

Ingredients

12 tablespoons instant coffee
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
3 (12-ounce) cans evaporated milk
3 cans whole milk
1/2 gallon coffee ice cream, softened
2 large bottles soda water
1/2 pint light rum
1 whipped cream

Directions:

Add sugar and coffee to water. Stir, heat, blend, remove from heat, and chill. Add remaining ingredients. Top with whipped cream and serve.
