Jane's Broccoli Dip

Serves: 5

1 cup chopped onion
1 stick margarine
2 packages frozen, chopped broccoli
1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 cup slivered almonds
1 1/2 (6-ounce) cans rolls garlic cheese *
2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce to taste


Sauté onion in margarine. Add broccoli and simmer until tender. Add remainder of ingredients and serve hot with corn chips.

*May substitute 6 ounces Velveeta and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
