Gourmet Noodles

Ingredients

1/4 pound butter
1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (10-ounce) can beef consommé
4 ounces medium egg noodles

Directions:

Melt butter. Add mushrooms, onion, almonds, and garlic, and cook about 10 minutes on low heat. Add remaining ingredients and cook till noodles are tender, about 10 minutes.
