Creole Shrimp

2 cups cider vinegar
2 cups vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Creole mustard
1 cup finely chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons paprika
5 pounds shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined


In large bowl, blend vinegar, oil, mustard, onion, garlic, chili sauce, salt, and paprika. Add shrimp. Marinate, covered, in the refrigerator at least 4 hours.
