Maple Pudding Cake

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups maple syrup
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt stir in milk. Spread mixture into a greased 9" x 9" baking pan. In a medium saucepan, blend together remaining ingredients until butter is melted. Pour maple mixture over flour mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
