1 (28-ounce) can turkey, drained and broth reserved
1 (8 1/2-ounce) can corn, drained and liquid reserved
1 1/2 cups frozen sliced carrots, thawed
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can chicken broth
1 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon dill weed
1/4 cup cornstarch

Mix together turkey, corn and carrots in a slow cooker; set aside. Whisk together reserved turkey broth, chicken broth, reserved corn liquid, buttermilk and dill weed; pour over turkey mixture. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 hours. Just before serving, stir in cornstarch and heat until thickened.

Tip: Pop a simmering stew or soup in a slow cooker and invite friends to share it with you. Just add a warm loaf of fresh bread and a pint of your favorite ice cream for dessert…how cozy!
