8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
1 cup taco sauce or salsa
1 diced green pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped olives
1. Mix light cream cheese with light sour cream until smooth. Spread on base of plate.
2. Spread taco sauce on top. Sprinkle on green peppers, grated cheese, chopped tomatoes, and chopped olives if desired.
3. Layer just before serving or taco sauce will run.
4. Serve with taco chips.
