Pesto Mozzarella Quesadilla

5 ounces prepackaged pesto
2 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)
2 ounces Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
1 ounce tomato (diced)
1 10 inch flour tortilla


1. Wash hands.
2. Gather utensils: knife, cutting board, measuring cups and spoons.
3. Gather ingredients.
4. Spread pesto evenly over tortilla.
5. Spread both cheeses and tomatoes on half of tortilla.
6. Fold other half of tortilla over.
7. Put in microwave until cheese is melted.
