Easy Low-Fat Not-So-Fried Cheese Curd

Serves: 5

3 ounces egg whites
2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon salt
cooking spray


1. Wash hands. Assemble equipment. Assemble ingredients.
2. Spray frying pan with cooking spray and place on medium heat. When hot, pour in egg whites.
3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper on top. Heat until eggs are bubbly and holes will form.
4. Once top of egg and cheese mixture is covered in air holes, flip over.
5. Cook until lightly brown. Serve immediately.
