Best-Ever Taco Cups

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 (1 1/4-ounce) packet taco seasoning mix
1 (12-ounce) tube buttermilk refrigerator biscuits
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Brown ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat; drain. Add seasoning mix and prepare as directed on package. Set aside. Press biscuit dough into bottoms and up sides of muffin cups; fill with seasoned beef. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; return to oven and bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.


Invite neighbors over for an afternoon holiday get-together. Serve lots of easy-to-make appetizers, punch and sparkling cider. Keeping it casual and fuss-free means you have lots of time to catch up on each other’s holiday plans.
