Ingredients

3 cups luke warm water
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons oils
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons yeast
9 to 10 cups flour

Directions:

Mix all this together well and beat in 2 eggs. Add flour. Start with about 8 cups and plan on 9 to 10. It's a bread thing, no one ever uses exact amounts, just work till its no longer sticky and stop.

Roll into a nice ball, coat with oil, and allow rising, covered in a warm place. Punch down after it had doubled, and allow to rise again.

Rip off pieces from the risen dough and flatten out with the palm of your hand. The pieces will be odd shapes, flattened to about a 1/4 of an inch. Toss into hot grease and deep fry. These are best warm. You can leave plain, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, or serve with good jam.
