Taco Seasoned Chex Mix

Ingredients

3 cups Rice Chex cold cereal
3 cups Corn Chex cold cereal
2 cups bite-size cheese crackers
2 cups bite-size pretzels twists
1 cup salted peanut
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
1 (1 1/4-ounce) packet taco seasoning mix

Directions:

In a 14-inch Dutch oven, combine Chex cereal, crackers, pretzels, and peanuts. Combine oil, water, and taco seasoning in a small bowl and mix well with a fork. Pour taco mixture over cereal mixture and stir well to evenly coat cereal mixture. Bake at 250°F to 300°F for 50 to 60 minutes, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool on paper towels 15 minutes before serving.
