Spinach Dip

Ingredients

1 (10-ounce) package frozen leaf spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 envelope Knorr brand vegetable soup mix

Directions:

Place thawed spinach into the center of a clean lint free dish towel and gather the corners and twist the spinach tightly to remove as much of the water as possible. Break up the spinach and place into a medium bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

*NOTE: you may substitute vegetable mix with 1.4 oz. (2 envelopes) of onion dip mix if not available in your area but it's not quite as tasty as with the vegetable mix.
