Spicy Orange Dipping Sauce for Shrimp


Serves: 30

Ingredients

1 (18-ounce) jar orange marmalade
3 tablespoons cream style horseradish
1 tablespoon Best foods (Hellman's) mayonnaise

Directions:

Empty the orange marmalade into a small sauce pan and warm over low heat, stir frequently, just until liquefied. Pour marmalade through a wire food strainer to remove the chunks of rind. Cool to room temperature and add remaining ingredients, stir well. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
