Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream
salt to taste (optional)
1/2 teaspoon ancho chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup Sargento Artisan Blends Shredded Authentic Mexican cheese

Directions:

In a 6-inch Dutch oven, heat cream over high heat. Add spices and season with salt. Add cheese slowly, one spoon at a time, being sure cheese is completely melted before adding more. Reduce heat to medium low, using 3 hot briquettes under the oven to keep warm. Recipe may be doubled, using a 8-inch Dutch oven and reducing heat to keep warm using 4 to 6 hot briquettes under the oven. Dip with bread pieces or chips of your choice. I like to add 1/4 cup pepper Jack cheese in place of 1/4 cup Mexican blend cheese.
