Black Bean and Mango Salad

Ingredients

1 (15 1/2-ounce) can or 1 pound cooked black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups mangos, diced (may substitute pineapple)
1 red bell pepper, diced
6 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
1 jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and minced (may substitute hot sauce to taste)
salt to taste

Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and lightly toss. Chill 1 hour before serving.
