Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef browned and drained
1 (15-ounce) can chili any variety
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (10-ounce) can red enchilada sauce
1 (10-ounce) bag Fritos Original Chips divided
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, chili, tomato sauce, and enchilada sauce. Stir in two-thirds of the chips. Spread mixture into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 24–28 minutes, or until heated through. Spread sour cream over top. Sprinkle cheese over sour cream. Crush remaining chips and sprinkle over top. Bake 5–8 minutes more, or until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
