Beef Potpie

Ingredients

1 pound lean beef stew meat cooked
1 (16-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables thawed
1 (12-ounce) jar mushroom gravy
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 (8-ounce) tube refrigerated crescent roll

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine all ingredients except rolls in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven and place flattened dough over top. Return to oven and bake 17–19 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Makes 6–8 servings.
