This nutty oatmeal bread makes a fabulous Santa Fe Meatloaf Sandwich. Spread tomato jam or our favorite salsa on two slices of bread. Layer slices of cold meatloaf, Monterey Jack cheese, canned chopped green chilies, avocado slices and shredded lettuce on one slice of bread. Top with remaining slice of bread. It has a wonderfully rich, zippy flavor.
