TRY THIS
The cornmeal adds a nice texture to this loaf, which also means it's a perfect choice for homemade croutons. Toss them in your favorite salad, or use to top off tomato or cheese soup. This bread also makes heel fresh bread crumbs to sprinkle on casseroles before baking for added texture and flavor.

SANDWICH BOARD
Enjoy a Prosciutto and Brie Sandwich with a tall glass of iced tea on your deck or porch. Spread orange marmalade on two slices of bread, and sprinkle with finely chopped and toasted pecans or walnuts. Layer one slice with thin slices of prosciutto or ham and Brie cheese. Top with watercress or spinach and remaining slice of bread.
