Pork Chops with Onions (Costeleta de porco com cebola)

Ingredients

6 pork chops
salt and pepper
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons cooking oils
1 pound onion cut in rounds and separated
4 tablespoons vinegar

Directions:

Season pork chops with salt, pepper and lemon juice and let sit one hour. Heat oil and fry pork chops on medium heat until browned. Remove pork chops and keep hot.

In the same pan, add onions, vinegar and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until tender. Pour the onion sauce over the pork chops.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
