Baked Fish (Pescada ao forno)


Serves: 5

Ingredients

freshwater bass or trout
lemon juice
salt and pepper
2 to 3 onions
butter
chopped cilantro

Directions:

Scale, clean and cut fish in slices. Marinate fish slices 2-3 hours in lemon juice, salt and pepper.

In a grinder, grind up 2-3 onions.

Arrange fish slices in a baking dish. Dot with butter and pour ground onion all around the edges of the fish. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Serve with whatever sauce you prefer. The Shrimp Sauce is a good choice.
