Many Layered Nacho Dip

Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) can refried beans
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
1 (6-ounce) carton frozen avocado dip, thawed
1 (4 1/2-ounce) jar stuffed green olives, or black olives, chopped (save a few for garnish)
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 small onion or green onions, chopped
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chili (or fresh)
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese or Cheddar cheese
paprika

Directions:

Combine beans and taco seasoning, stirring well. Spread in a greased 12x8x2-inch dish. Layer remaining ingredients as listed, ending with cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and place a few olives on top. Refrigerate until serving time. Good served with blue corn tortilla chips.
