Deep-Fried Mushrooms

Ingredients

1 pound fresh mushrooms
2 eggs, slightly beaten
flour
bread crumbs

Mustard Dip For Vegetables And Fried Mushrooms:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup miracle whip salad dressing
3 tablespoons Dijon style mustard
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic
dash of salt
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
paprika

Directions:

Wash and clean mushrooms. Cut large ones in half. Dip in flour, eggs and bread crumbs. Deep-fry in oil. Serve with mustard dip.

Mustard Dip For Vegetables and Fried Mushrooms:
Combine all ingredients. Sprinkle paprika on top. Serve with raw vegetables. Delicious with fried mushrooms.
