More Than Chicken Salad

Ingredients

Marinade:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon tarragon
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon marjoram

Salad:
2 cups cooked and diced chicken
1 1/2 cups halved green seedless grapes
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:

Marinade:
Combine ingredients in a cruet and shake.

Salad:
Toss chicken with Marinade and refrigerate 2 hours. Add remaining ingredients and toss to blend. Serve on lettuce bed or with tomato slices.
